Blood sugar
My father went for fasting blood sugar test after 20-25 mins of walking today and got reading as 104. Wanted to know how much effect can walking have on fasting blood sugar are such values considered normal

Walking or doing exercise and getting blood sugar tested generally do not affect the results in normal healthy individual.....but those diabetics on insulin therapy if does so will have erroneous low sugar values on test
