BLOOD PRESSURE OF 90-96 / 68
I just randomaly checked my bp since last 2 days ..it is betwen 90 to 96 range /68 ..is this low..or normal..i am not having any issues ..i only checked because i have now machine at home..

Its normal in some individuals.however pls get cnc dobe to check thay you are not anemic.also,make sure you take enough liquids and a proper diet.

Hi dear
If u are thin built u might be having low blood pressure and it will be normal for u .
As u said that u are not having any complaints so there is nothing to be done for it
If in case u get headache or any other complaint in that case we will look into it as to what is happening otherwise its ok.
