ECG is normal If the bp is high on a single occasion you need to take atleast 3-4 more readings over 3-4 days and if the bp is still not under control only then the medication would be started No reason to panic if only one reading is high it maybe due to other reasons like stress, high intake of salt etc
Health Tips
Low salt intake Regular exercise Healthy high fibre diet Avoid tea/coffee Mediation may help in reducing stress

ECG is normal. And BP is quite high. Need to check your BP on three occasions and compare it. If high so diet control like salt restrictions. Recheck after 1 month.
