Blood Pressure
I get blood when I pick my nose since 2 weeks when I checked my blood pressure it was 120/100, I am worried kindly help , I am 107 kg , height 5.7ft. Please suggest medication.

High blood pressure, known as hypertension is a medical disease. Blood pressure refers to how hard the blood being pumped out by your heart is pushing against your arterial walls. Be physically active for 30-60 minutes a day. Check your BMI and try to diet accordingly. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products and other foods low in fat and salt. Avoid fast foods, canned foods or foods that are bought prepared, as well as any foods where you can see the fat in them. Avoid soft drinks and decrease the salt in your diet.

You may check your bp again after some time. Current reading shows high diastolic pressure.

Drink plenty of water, regular exercises( you need to loose weight), minimum salt intake with fruits esp rich in potassium.

Was it for the first time. If so then u need to check it again. Also u need to reduce ur weight. First of all u should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days u can do cardio exercises. For more details u can consult me.
