Lodoz is good medicine esp for young BP patients. However to acheive good BP control (Systolic <130 And diastolic < 80 ) you need to have home BP monitoring by yourself  or an Ambulatory BP monitoring by your doctor. No need to have anxiety about it . Go for strict lifestyle control measures viz. Regular exercise , yoga, early and complete sleep, low salt diet etc. Meditation also helps. BEST WISHES
