Blood motion and constipation
Last year I under went surgery piles, fistula in Alopathy.  After 1 year I feel Sometimes the bowels are not getting emptied and stomach bloating and gas, so I decided to go for Auyverdic treatment for  stomach bloating and gas and for free bowels, so the Auyverdic Dr told u need to go for virechana karma treatment and had loose motions, from next day I started having blood motion and constipation which I did not have before, why did this blood motion and constipation started after the virechana karma Auyverdic treatment. Please let me know. Because in Auyverdic there is no side effects.

Hi dear When you drink less water the you get constipated and when you do potty forcefully then the internal tissue of anal canal get damaged and there is blood in stool. So you have do these things :- you can eat :- boiled beat root in sald  ( half daily) :- drink boiled water 2 ltr in a day :- take green vegetables in your diet :- add curd in your diet in lunch :-do not eat banana Medicine:- :- Metronidazole 400 mg BD ( after breakfast and dinner for 3 days :- albendazole tablet once in a month Avoid :- red chilli and green chilli ,you can take only black papper

As per Ayurved, very Strict diet and activities have to be followed when Panchkarma treatments like Virechana are taken. If these are not followed, it can lead to many complications.
Next Steps
Take proper rest. Have very light food like boiled semi-liquid rice without spicies other than little Ghee & rock salt. Semi-solid kichri/pongal, whole Masoor dal soup without spicies can b taken. Avoid uncooked items. Pomegranate can be b taken.

Ya sir your kept of hot comforts in food during virechana, probably you haven't got an balance during treatment, now you can take moong dal in good amounts and cooling diet and some medicines are even effective, you consult your doctor or consult me online

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Use airtube to sit.. Watch for constipation.. Use jatyadi tail before and after defecation..
