Been suffering from fistula in ano( 32mm at 6'o clock and 18 mm long at 11'o clock position{blind track})
Done seton tightening type surgery for at 6'o clock , it's been 4 months still the seton is inside and puss formation takes continuously, is this normal to have puss discharge everytime for the wound to heal
Also fistula at 11'o clock position doctor discovered it was blind end fistula, so they didn't done any thing like seton placement, but still after 4 months now and then
Puss formation takes place and it's still painful
Does both the track would have any link which causes puss formation and pain
