Blood in stool
I have little blood in stool from past two days along with abdominal pain sometimes it hurt in upper abdomen sometimes lower abdomen my pain is not constant and I have burping problem also but I don't have any pain while passing stool no hemorrpids of fissure Wats the reason for blood

Detailed history and clinical examination is needed. Blood in stool with pain abdomen has many causes. You also complains of recurrent burps, Internal hemorrhoids may cause blood in stool which you don't feel exteriorly but there may be other causes like IBD, Ulcers. Fresh blood in stool may be due to Internanl piles or some other pathology of descending colon (part of intestines ) so first you should get consultation with any proctologist if nothing found in rectal examination then go for lower GI colonoscopy
