I am getting blood in stool. I get little pain while passing it.and post that process burning sensation for long hours

[ ] Hi if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. Other rare causes are presence oflpolyp growth Or a malignant growth. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. U are suffering from fissure in ano....fissure is a wound in anal opening which is caused due to constipation. whenever motion touches this fissure( wound) it cause pain and burning sensation If you want to know more you can consult me online
Next Steps
take a laxative syrup to get liquid motion( for relief of constipation) apply local anaesthetic gel before going to motion and after take a pain reliefing tablet two times a day
