This is very common situation and there are no issues in general. Only during pregnancy you have to keep in mind to inform the consulting gynecologist about this . They will give specific medicine to prevent any complications in next child. No issues with first child .
But if the girl had a blood transfusion or any history of blood products transfusion then you have to consult before conceiving.
Otherwise there is no issues per say
