Hello..get cleaning and polishing done ....home remedies like brushing twice...mouthwash thrice..avoid in between snacks...eat fibrous food rather dan carbs..apply gumpaint and massage on gums...

He might need full mouth cleaning,
He can use sensoderm gumpaint- massage the gums gently with this after brushing,wait for 5 mts and rinse,visit ur dentist asap
