Bleeding is from gums and is called as gingivitis means infection  in gums due to accumulation of calculus . U need to  visit a nearby dentist and go for cleaning of teeth .Meanwhile u can use  chlohex mouthwash 2 times a day and massage with  hexigel gumpaint w to 3 times a day for 7 days . But u need to get the tartar and calculus removed from ur teeth  and that is possible only by scaling .
