Total leucocyte count high / wbc count may be high in cases where u might have an active infection or of recent infection. Signs of any infection have symptoms like fever, tachycardia (high heart rate) myalgia (body pain ) etc, Sometimes infection might be in latent phase where u don't feel any of the symptoms but may be triggered in future by any aggravating factors. Rbc count low is seen in cases of anemia , from the above report u have low mhc, mchc, mcv which points out hypochromic microcytic anemia I'm my point of view, 22 yr female with no symptoms of headache, or infection is unlikely to have the above lab reports of hemogram I suggest you to get complete blood count Test from a recognized accredited standard laboratory  signed by Pathologist and review for clearance.
