Blood Cancer
Patient is diagnostic with blood cancer ,his platelet count went up to 27 Lacs & admmitted to hospital given medicine & platelet count came down to 8 lacs & patient discharge.In home medicine was continue but platelet count started to came down,medicine stoped. ,Now the platelet count came down to 30000 & WBC 1600, we admitted patient for platelet transfusion but it is not effective much.
