Tab moxyclav cv 375(1-1-1)7days after food.
Tab pan d40(1-0-1) 7days before food.
Otrivin nasal drops 2drops to both nostrils
4 times a day.

Hello sir for blockage take steam inhalation with vicks..and you can also use otrivin spray once a day it will help you out with breathing difficulty
