Bloating of stomach
I had bloating due to psychiatrist medicine 3 years ago... what are the ways to debloat my stomach??...sometimes it starts paining in my back when i bend... please tell me some natural and some good ways to debloat my stomach...

Drink enough water 3-4 ltrs a day. Avoid fastfood bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods. Eat plenty of vegetables cooked,fruits,greengram sprouts. Walk exercise,yoga for an hour daily.

1)Please do exercise or yoga for 30 min daily 2)drink plenty of water 3) eat fiber containing food like fruits salad sprouts . Eat whole fruit inspite of taking fruit juice. 4) drink cold milk avoid warm milk. 5)take aajwain water empty stomach daily. 6) if your are sitting for long hrs due to job take a break every 1 hr for few minutes walk around and continue work.

As psychiatric medication cause mild gastric disturbances as side effect u can try few home remedies for debloating. Need not follow all of these but can follow whichever suits you n whichever u are comfortable. 1. Brisk walking or Yoga. 2.20mins meditation 3.peppermint capsules 4. Warm water bath twice day 5.massage above downwards on abdomen 6. Increase dietry fibres. 7. Drink plenty of water. 8. Avoid chewing gums. 9. Avoid spicy or deep fried food 10.Reduce salt intake and increase probiotic supplement.

Continuous use of antacids not good. Take fresh lime once or twice a day with a pinch of black salt. Take light but not fried food. Avoid rajma, grams, pulses like urad, arhar, chana. Walk the maximum you can but atleast gor 30 minutes daily. Minimise carbonated drinks and tea/coffee.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
