Bloating pain in 8 weeks pregnancy
I am facing bloating pain after having meals since two days with burping and flatulence Pain lasts for 2 hours . Please let me know is this happen or if yes how to treat it.

You seem to have GERD that is acid reflux problem. You will need some medicines for it. You can take Sucral O syrup twice a day before meals. Avoid oily and spicy food, soda and aerated drinks. Avoid tea/coffee especially empty stomach. Take multiple small meals rather than few large meals. Avoid fasting for too long. Walk for atleast 15 min after every meal. Avoid gas forming food items like beans chana, sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage.
