The fetal pole becomes visible somewhere between five and a half and six and a half weeks of gestational age. If you have an irregular cycle and do not always ovulate two weeks after you begin each period, your pregnancy may not technically be five or six weeks along even if it has been five or six weeks since your last menstrual period. You should repeat the test after 1 week to check for the fetal pole, if it is absent it is likely for a miscarriage to have occured.

Dear patient Your given history is inconclusive so some more information related to your problem are required for better advice Foetal pole visualise at 8 weeks on abdominal USG but quite normal even if seen in 9 week also. But your LMP and USG dates are not matching this requires some more evaluations.
