The commonest reason -traumatic like nails or too close to cervix.u might have an underlying cervical erosion that cud have bled.polyps in the outer kip of cervix could also lead to fresh bleeding. Description of the blood u observed cud narrow down the diagnosis If it was jst like speck or strand of fresh blood mixed with mucus material then in all likelihood it’s traumatic If u had considerable bleeding like staining his fingers nd passage of clots thereafter it cud be due to some lesion in cervix
