Bleeding from Vagina from fingering.

I was having sex with my partner last night and he was using his finger to penetrate. The friction was a lot and it was a bit rough.. but not so much that it hurts. When he took the finger out it was a little bloody, when I checked down it was bright red blood. It is not a continuous flow but more like a period kind scenario. Except the blood is not old. According to my tracker I was supposed to ovulate yesterday. And my periods have been regular mostly even tho I have had PCOD (got birth control treatment from Nov23 to Jan24). I have been having pretty regular sex and my alcohol consumption has been a bit above my usual this last week. Any idea how long i shall wait to see it it stops by itself? If it doesn't what do i do post that?
