Consult a periodontist ( dentist who is gum specialist). Such type of problems may results into severe stage pyorrohea. These problems can be stopped effectively in early stages itself. Taking medicine without treatment may mask or hide your problems initially but later on it may results into severe stages, in which treatment outcome may not be very good and it will cost you very much than beginning. So don't delay or ignore it.
Next Steps
consult a periodontist ( MDS in periodontology) for good results.
Health Tips
even after successfull completion of treatment, it will be your duty to follow instructions given by dentist to maintain good oral hygiene and visit your dentist every six months for regular check up.

You have gingivitis i.e inflammation of the gums. Firstly you get your teeth completely cleaned by deep scaling and polishing after that you can use gumpaint like Stolin for gum massage 2-3 times daily. Also take Vit. C tablets daily. You just have to keep it in mouth so that juices release slowly.
Next Steps
You can continue with mouthwash like clohex ADS which will reduce plaque accumulation
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene and have follow up

Hi U need to go for teeth cleaning, until you get your teeth cleaned the problem won’t subside ,medication will not help until the treatment is done Options of teeth and gum cleaning depends on the condition of the teeth and gums Treatment offered will be either 1 Scaling and polishing (normal cleaning ) 2 Curettage and Root planning (in severe case ) Followed by maintenance therapy until ur problem subside As per information given by you I feel it should be fine with normal scaling Medication I won’t advise to take

Bleeding gums is a sign of gingivitis ( gum inflammation) due to deposits. What you basically require is deep clean up . There is no medication for improving gum quality . You can do warm salt water gargle.
Next Steps
I would advise you not to take these medications unless prescribed by your dentist/ doctor.
Health Tips
Please don’t self medicate and visit a dentist .
