Dnt worry. Black stools or stools hav red colour streaks. Could be gastric bleed or piles. Both can be treated. Remain stress free. It aggravates the issues. Drink lots of water so no constipation and no piles. Stop smoking if u smoke. Less spicy food. That's all.
