I have to poop immediately everytime I eat. I poop 4-5 times everyday. The poop is of normal consistency.

What type of food you eat?? If it is more of refined flour i.e. maida...more bakery items...or more gas producing like lots of potatoes..cauliflower..capsicum.. Avoid such food.. Keep meal timings regular Drink lots of water...your meal should also consist of more liquid..
