If you have cavities then you get sensation to hot and cold. If u have tartar then you suffer from bleeding gums

Visit your  Dentist & check for cavities and tartar. After Radiograph of molars your dentist will suggest  treatment plan for cavities . oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning)needed for removal of tartar.

At your age, this can happen due to accumulation of plaque. Overall symptoms are suggestive of gum infection. Visit your dentist immediately to get basic hygiene therapy as a first step
