My mother noticed blood from her gums while spitting. She cannot feel any pain or discomfort in her gums. This continued for 2 days. I am very scared. Is there anything to worry?

Hello dear,
Hope you are doing good. It is because of gum infection and nothing to worry. Please visit us or nearby dentist to diagnose and treat by professional cleaning(scaling).
Hello!
The most common cause of bleeding gums is bacterial plaque. Please visit a Periodontist (gum specialist) to rule out other causes. Scaling may be done. But the most important thing is good oral hygiene and follow up post scaling.
Hope this helps.
Primary cause of gum bleeding is gingivitis that is inflammation of gums due plaque and calculas, there can also be other issues but a dental checkup should be done asap.If it's just gigivitis or periodontal problem than scaling and gum treatment is the solution.
