Bleeding gums are due to DEPOSITS(PLAQUE AND CALCULUS)..which causes gum inflammation...
even though you brush twice daily there is always some inaccessible areas in our mouth where you need to be cleaned by scaling by dentists only...

Daily twice brushing and use of mouthwash does not prevent tartar formation. Dental Plaque gets calcified from the Calcium ions in saliva and it hardens on the tooth surface, which attracts more plaque. So, regular teeth cleaning (scaling) needs to be done, once a year at a dentist. You may be having tartar hidden underneath your gums, which is the major cause of mild internal gum swelling and bleeding.

U need to get scaling done regularly (once a year)
U can do normal warm salt water gargles also, no need to use a mouthwash daily. Warm salt water gargles work well.
Only brushing and using mouthwash doesn't solve the problem always.scaling of teeth have to be done to remove hard deposits. So visit the dentist for the treatment.
Get scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) done. It is advised that everyone get their scaling done at least once a year. Home maintainence with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash
