Bladder cancer. And pet ct scan reports!

As we have discussed previously this is an advanced disease Considering the disease stage ,would recommend radiation with concurrent chemotherapy as the best possible option for this patient . Off course 4cycles chemotherapy followed by assessment for surgery is a an option , if patient is willing for surgery after getting response for chemotherapy. Both this options are suggested considering the lesion in Kidney is not significant and is of low SUV (expecting -full report not attached ) . Final decision should be taken based on general health and patients willingness to undergo surgery / radiation .
