Black spots inside mouth ..
I have black spots inside mouth .. a double layer of black and white spots has formed . I can not open my mouth widely .. it pains if I try to open my mouth

It may be leukoplakia or lichen planus. Us hould stop eating spicy food and more and more water. Start taking sm fibro once in a day
