Ii have small black spot on cheek shown in photo... And i have ulcwr problem from childhood... Even its heals its self... And yesterday i seen black spot on left cheek with one ulcer like ghav ...is it serious like cancer...

Since how many days you have black spots?Observe did the black spot increase in size?. If you have pain in the black spots & increasing in size then visit a dentist immediately. Otherwise you need not worry.
