I find today in my cheeks inside a black like mole,dot inside cheeks occurred is it serious thing? Today only it's appeared

You may accidentally bite on your cheek, or might be their is some sharp point on your tooth. Apply Dologel on it. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. If it doesn't disappear or heal in a week then consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
