Black skin formation on foot

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I've been suffering from skin problem on my foot of both legs .there was black skin formation with small bump like structure .it was spread like sheet manner on other part of foot. I was concerned about it because it was slight paining & also looking ugly .so please kindly say solution about it.
