This condition is naevi also called birth mark . It's usually harmless, can be removed for cosmetic concerned. Can be easily removed without scarring by  experienced dermat. Pls not apply any desi medication like soda, haldi, acid or try self removal to prevent scarring and these methods may induced inflammation pain and swelling in the mole

Hello.Donot try removing birthmarks by such home remedies. Now the black patch need creams so that the inflammation and pigmentation will subside. After that,the birthmark,if needed,can be removed by laser therapies or excision depending on the size of the mole
