Remove Wart/external growth on lips
Patient is 76 years old and is suffering from COPD, BP and prostrate related problems. He has breathing issues sometimes to help with  which oxygen concentrator is used. He has a big black wart/external growth near lips on right side of the face. Photo attached. Please suggest how the same can be removed.
