Black lines on teeth

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Faint brownish black lines are visible on 2 molar teeth from 6 months. But only one teeth feels slightly sensitive recently past 2 weeks. I want to know if i have to visit dentist for cavity filing or can it be delayed?
