Black&Brown under chin & forehead
She is been getting black under chin and near area and some brown in some parts of face and black in forehead. Tried hydroquine cream but no use. It's been 3 months. Getting black in neck part.

Don't worry...suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing black patches.. specific Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Sorry to know that you have been facing such an issue. There can be many reasons for such dark patches, including hormonal issues or even sun damage. So, knowing the reason is the first step towards the solution. Long term hydroquinone use is not recommended as it causes adverse effects. Initially, it would be a good idea to just use a medicated sunscreen with an spf of 50. Improving general health with fresh fruits and vegetables. A check up by a dermatologist would be better than to continue self medication. Hope this helps.

Need to know more information about these dark patches to reach any diagnosis. Also stop using hydroquinone as 3 months is a long duration for its use. Also attach pictures of the same
