If you are identifying with the symptoms, then for confirmation it is best to get a bipolar disorder assessment done by a clinical psychologist. You should be experiencing extreme phases of happiness within a short span say in a week(mania, excess energy, sleeplessness, not tired) and sadness (depression, very low mood, withdrawn, crying...). This should be recurring too...
Next Steps
Get yourself assessed by a clinical psychologist
