Myometrial and endometrial echoes are normal Uterus measures 6.6 3.9 5.5 cms Endometrium thickness is 8 mm Ovaries mild bulky in size Showing multiple subcentimeter follicles peripherally with central echogenic stroma Right ovaries measures 3.5 2.2 3.5(vol 14cc) 1.8 1 cms size Anechoic area is seen Left ovary measures 3.6 2 3.5 (vol 13 cc) No fluid is seen in pouch of Douglas Please suggest

On USG the report shows bilateral polycystic ovaries. But we need your symptoms and history too to rule out if you have PCOS or not and if you will require treatment or not Regards Dr Shweta
