Bilateral Perforation
Hello there I had operated my both year around 5 yrs ago . But now it again perforated condition in both ear. Now i am demoralize and not think about operation again. So what is best advise for me.

Hi ..  after how many days of surgery was it started again discharging? Need ear endoscopic examination for perforation size or infection status.. if perforation is very small and mild infection , medicine enough to treat your condition.. Do you have any nasal obstruction symptoms? Use .. Tab.cefpod cv .. twice daily for 5 days Tab.pan d once daily before breakfast for 1 wk Tab.monti fx .. at bed time once daily for 1 wk Keep ear dry Even if these won't work .  Please have ent consultation.. Thank you

sir plz consult best doctor or you have to be careful with your ears like preventing entry of water and some minimal precautions sir..

Keep ear dry. Avoid cold items. You are of 25 years old only. You can get operated again.

Important to control infection or ear discharge  if any. Avoid ear buds. Keep ear dry. Consult online for doubts.
