Big Problem
Hello Doctor, I recently had my Vitamin B12 test, and the level came out low (147 pg/ml). I have started taking Neurokind Fast (methylcobalamin). I am experiencing fatigue, weakness, and back pain. Could you please guide me on the correct dosage and duration for this medicine? Thank you.

B12 level is very low .you need injection of b12 like vitcofol alternate day upto 5 injection.after this you continue b12 tab. Like Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg. Once weekly for 3 months. After this your b12 level is restored mostly and you need to again same test and reconfirm.thank you.
