Yes. Trust your doctor. They are not to cause any harm to the mother or baby. Accidents, however less likely, dont happen with prior notice so this injection is to be prepared and develop baby s lungs incase an unexpected event of a preterm birth occurs. Many gynaecologists give it routinely. Take them.

Betnosol is to be given if there is risk of premature delivery. If there are any risk factors, where she requires early delivery then you have to go for it

Not mandatory., but if she went in preterm delivery, during that time compulsory needed. In routine not needed.

It's not necessary for all the pregnancies.. if there are any chances of having a preterm delivery then it is recommended..  otherwise not to be taken

Firstly kindly trust your gynecologist. I am sure there must be a valid reason if your gynac has advised it. Secondly it's not mandatory to give but it is certainly not harmful to the baby or the mother as well. If given it will only help the baby in a more positive way. So trust your gynecologist, clear your doubts with him/her and go for it if they strongly advise the same. If you still feel your doubts remain unsolved you always have the option to connect any one of us gynecologists for another opinion
