You can use any toothpaste every paste is good in itself and important is your technique of brushing if your technique is good your oral hygiene will good but you should use special brush during braces that is orthodontic brush this brush helps to remove food lodgement and debris from tooth which is difficult to remove during braces so go orthodontic brush.
In my opinion, any toothpaste is good provided you are brushing twice daily after meals plus brushing after the last meal at night is very important. Also use a mouthwash.
Always prefer to use floridated tooth paste as they have anti cariogenic potential.
ayurvedic tooth paste are good but abrasive content is high which can erode your enamel.
You can use any toothpaste but avoid Ayurvedic ones these are also good but little abrasive so not to be used for a long time.make sure your brushing technique should be correct do not do it vigorously and use interdental brush which is specially designed for Ortho
Health Tips
Do mouthwash rinses after every meal so that the food doesn’t get stuck in between teeth.
Namaskaram,
Using a tooth paste helps us in improving our oral hygiene as it contains elements that help in removing bad odour and plaque deposits from the surface of the teeth. When undergoing an orthodontic treatment we should be extra cautious as the food particle and the deposits can not be completely removed with the tooth brush so we need an extra set of hands . This work can be done by the INTER-DENTAL tooth brushes . Brushing twice , using mouth wash and inter-dental tooth brushes should do good .
