Hi, Nutrition during pregnancy demands extra nutrition - calories to vitamins and minerals. She need not to be overfed.. She should take small meals at regular intervals. Keep her away from papaya and those foods that may cause inflammation and allergy. She should stay hydrated. In case if she faces nausea at morning, kindly opt for dry foods like cream cracker or Marie biscuits.
