Belly fat not getting reduced
Hi, I am not overweight . My bmi is 20 . I do exercise 4 times a week on an average. I hardly eat junk food may be once or twice a month. But my belly fat is not getting reduced. Could you please help me with this. I do crunches, seatups, other exercises and also yoga(suryanamaskar) once a week

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . Eat only light homemade food . If still need assured weight loss then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
