Hi,
I am not overweight . My bmi is 20 . I do exercise 4 times a week on an average. I hardly eat junk food may be once or twice a month. But my belly fat is not getting reduced. Could you please help me with this. I do crunches, seatups, other exercises and also yoga(suryanamaskar) once a week

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . Eat only light homemade food . If still need assured weight loss then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
