Bcaa intake?
Is BCAA(branched chain amino acids), safe for intake daily. I was suggested to take 5g during workout everyday by my gym trainer, but before that I wanted to consult doctors as i have some ore-existing conditions: 1. Tiny gallbladder polyp of size 2.9mm. 2. Lichenoid reaction in mouth post taking covaxin. Which has reduced a lot and now is negligible. Lft, urine, cbc, tft, stool, all the tests were fine. So, will it be safe to take? I take whey protein post workout though. I have reduced fat(saturated), cholesterol food already. I don't eat junk foods too and eat fruits(apple, pomegranate and orange) daily. Please guide me if i should consume that or nit, and if i can consume, please tel me if it will cause acidity or not.

You have been prescribed protein supplements by your trainer. You are already taking them. Very high protein diet can be difficult for kidney .A nutritionist may help you by calculating your calories.
