Bat exposure while driving on face.
Driving a bike, a bat hit me hard on the face at night and flew away after 5 seconds on my face yesterday. It hit me on the face and near eyes like on the left part of face. And the area has burning sensation and itchiness yesterday and numbness till now.

It is surprising that a bat hit you hard on the face (while you were driving) and you didn't fall down !
It might not be a bat at all.
In such cases the only worry and apprehension is about Rabies prophylaxis.
Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination so that he can examine you minutely and look for any abrasion on the skin. Then further management can be planned.
