Bat collision with the forehead
I was taking a night walk when suddenly a bat collided with my forehead and flew away. When I came back home I tried to see if there were any scratches or bite signs i didn't see any signs. I washed my forehead properly with soap thoroughly. The next day I was awake during late night due work after which I'm feeling a headache and a slight fever. So I'm not sure if it is due to the bat or me waking late at night ? Also Should I take the rabies vaccine asap?

A bat striking the head is a potential rabies exposure even when a bite or scratch is not visible; bat teeth marks can be tiny.
Wash the area with soap and running water for 15 minutes and seek an anti-rabies centre/emergency department today for urgent rabies vaccine assessment (and immunoglobulin if indicated).
