Baking soda is an abrasive powder that removes the stains on teeth by scrubbing away the smooth, shiny enamel and making it rough.
Please use any regular toothpaste. Also why would you prefer baking soda over toothpaste?
Not recommended as its particle size is large and can damage your out layer of teeth in long term which can leads to dental problems. There are numerous paste available now with organic mixture in adequate quantity and partical size.
Hi,Please do not use any home remedies to brush your teeth ,instead use paste available in the market & brush twice daily with soft bristle toothbrush.
