I am getting bad thoughts continuoslly from last 15days not able to control. Stressed out not able to concentrate on work. Same thought coming again and again

some times due to feelings of stress, over work load has disturbed your thought process and feelings. you have to overcome if you have any negative experiences. Please approach psychologist for further evaluation and help you to over come your disturbance. take care
