I get irritated easily. Also I have a bad temper which hampers my relationship with people. I take things to heart easily and then waste time thinking about it or arguing to prove my point. I am very frustrated with this bad temper of mine. I want to tame my anger and channel it productively without letting it known to the outside world that I am angry. I want to be calm and cool always in every situation.
