Hi ,
Your bad breath could be due to poor oral hygiene and deposition of plaque and calculus. I hope u don't have pain at the right wisdom tooth region. You can undergo surgical extraction of both upper and lower right wisdom teeth by a maxillofacial surgeon.
Next Steps
consult nearby dentist, preferably a maxillofacial surgeon

Bad breath can be caused due to dirt (plaque) formation over your teeth, we advise full mouth cleaning (scaling). Wisdom tooth removal can be done as a preventive measure so we advise all 4 to be removed.. Right side both upper and lower impacted and left side lower has horizontal bone loss.. Thank you.
Next Steps
visit dentist for complete scaling
Health Tips
brush twice daily with proper brushing technique and change tooth brush when bristles bend or change directions
You have 2 problems. The first one is the bad breath we need to see clinically. We advised dental scaling under the microscope and will give you oral care and food habits for fresh breath. For the wisdom tooth extraction if it's hurting then you can remove it. Your right side wisdom tooth looks impacted. Needs surgical removal for the same.
